Open your order and select “Need a hand with this song?” to report an incorrect name, a missing detail, audio trouble or a cancellation request. The local studio keeps a record of every request.

How long does it take?

The local demonstration normally takes a few seconds once the queue worker is running. This is not a promise about a live music provider. An incomplete order is marked delayed after 15 minutes; after 30 minutes you can request an undelivered-order refund. An unfulfilled order is automatically refunded after 24 hours.

Something isn't quite right

You have one style adjustment within seven days of both versions becoming ready, before you lock your final song. Confirmed name and factual errors are handled separately, including after locking. Technical defects do not use your style adjustment.

Downloads and sharing

Your base order includes complete online listening and a gift link for twelve months. The US$8.80 upgrade adds a chosen MP3 download and, when supported by a verified live agreement, the commercial uses listed in your licence. This preview issues demonstration receipts only.

Contact and business information

This is a local development project, not a live trading business. Support requests are captured in the local studio. The operating company's legal name, contact address, service email and actual support hours must be configured and reviewed before public sales.
