Local preview
This project currently runs as a local demonstration. Payments, email delivery, personalised vocals and commercial licences are not live. The conditions below describe the intended service and must be reviewed against the actual operating business and provider agreements before sales open.
What one order includes
A US$38.88 one-time order includes confirmed lyrics, two initial complete music versions, one final song, one style adjustment within seven days before final locking, and twelve months of online listening and a gift page. The optional download and commercial-use bundle is US$8.80; together the total is US$47.68. No subscription or automatic renewal.
Confirming your final song
You can change your selection until you explicitly confirm creating a gift link or downloading. This locks the final version and closes an unused subjective style adjustment. Rights to correction of technical or factual defects are not removed.
Cancellation and faulty content
We do not apply a blanket “custom songs cannot be refunded” rule. The live contract must distinguish creation services and digital content and obtain appropriate active consent for immediate supply. Starting creation does not automatically remove every cancellation right. Faulty or misdescribed content is handled under applicable consumer rights independently of voluntary style adjustments.
Delivery and refunds
An incomplete order is marked delayed after fifteen minutes. An undelivered-order refund can be requested after thirty minutes, and is initiated automatically after twenty-four hours if delivery remains incomplete. Refunds follow the original payment method in production. The local preview records simulated refunds only. Upgrade-only refunds preserve the valid base service.
Listening and downloads
The twelve-month hosting term starts when both initial candidates are first ready. Revisions and upgrades do not restart it. The precise date is shown on the order. You can request content deletion, understanding it removes access; necessary transaction evidence may need to be retained.
Business details
The trading entity, service contact, postal address, approved tax-inclusive local prices and final cancellation wording remain launch requirements. No live checkout is available until these are reviewed.
