What we keep
The service stores your creative brief, confirmed lyrics, order details, payment references and the email needed to deliver and recover your order. The local preview stores these in a local database and private audio storage. We do not collect card details.
Private by default
Your story and order are not public. A gift becomes accessible when you create and share its link; anyone holding that link can play it until you revoke it or the listening period ends. The gift page does not expose your email, payment or original brief.
Processing partners
A live service will send only the required lyrics and style information to its verified music provider. Payment and email partners receive the information needed for their functions. Final provider names, data agreements, transfer arrangements and training policies must be disclosed before production. This project makes no claim that an uncontracted provider never trains on content.
How long information remains
Unpaid drafts are cleaned up after thirty days. Original story information is scheduled for deletion or anonymisation ninety days after final locking unless needed for an active dispute. Discarded candidates are scheduled for removal thirty days after locking; final audio is hosted for twelve months. Transaction and rights evidence follows reviewed retention requirements.
Your choices
Optional analytics and marketing are off until you choose them. Necessary session and order storage continue to work when you decline optional uses. Change your preferences or sign out from Privacy choices. Request content deletion from your order page.
Local development mailbox
Development email is captured in the studio; no email is sent externally. Only the local studio key can open this mailbox. Sign-in codes expire after ten minutes, have attempt limits and cannot be reused.
