No real commercial licence in this preview
The local app uses original instrumental test audio. Its downloadable receipt is clearly marked as a demonstration and does not grant a commercial licence. Production rights must come from a verified agreement covering this business model.
Personal listening and gifts
The base purchase is intended to cover personal listening and a link for sharing a song as a gift. It does not include a downloadable file or monetised use. Even this base distribution needs the appropriate upstream permission before launch.
Intended commercial upgrade
Subject to a verified supplier agreement, the upgrade is intended to permit the named buyer to use their chosen song in their own commercial videos, podcasts, websites and social posts. Paid advertising must be expressly covered by the final licence.
What is not automatically included
No promise of exclusive copyright, copyright registration, Content ID, stock-library resale, sublicensing, streaming-platform acceptance, film and broadcast clearance or all public-performance permissions is made. Ask for verification before using a song outside the listed scope.
Record of the rights
A production receipt should identify the purchaser, final track version, file checksum, source reference, dates, permitted scope and terms version. A document cannot create rights absent from the upstream agreement.
Hosting and usage rights
The online hosting period and any properly granted long-term usage rights are different. Ending online hosting does not automatically revoke rights already granted in a valid licence. Refunds and corrected versions must be handled under the agreed terms.
